If you are not satisfied , please email us at vvogue@comcast.net or call #413-427-5323 within 10 calendar days of receipt of purchase for money back, exchange or store credit.
Personalized and special orders cannot be returned unless flawed. Items damaged after purchase either through improper care or disregard of care instructions may not be returned.
Special order deposits are nonrefundable.
